Abstract :
Wander measurement is important for digital telecommunication networks. When a high quality synchronisation equipment or network points with low wander level should be measured, the accurate results possibility will strongly depend on the correct choice of a measurement instrument. Different wander measurement instruments available in the market has been compared according to their internal phase noise level
