  • Abstract
    In this paper the inverter accessing internet based on embedded system has been proposed, by which the inverter could be directly controlled on internet. Based on ARM and Linux soft-hardware embedded platform, integrating thttpd embedded web server, Java Applet dynamitic web page technology has been adopted to achieve the client visiting. According to LG company IS5 inverter, communication protocol has been analyzed detailedly and communication control between embedded controller and the inverter by RS485 has been realized. Net control of the embedded controller has been researched while the particular communication protocol has been formulated. Using Java Swing class to complete the friendly client GUI, adopting Socket mechanism and Java multi thread mechanism, the communication program has been designed successfully. At last taking the industry washing machine as the object, specific client operation page and the embedded server listening program have been completed to realize net control successfully.
