MORAN-communications management for Skynet 4

The UK Military Satellite Communications System (UKMSCS) provides facilities for users in the UK to communicate via the Skynet 4 series of spacecraft with users in other countries and aboard ship. These circuits require a variety of data rates, data formats and modes and and are aggregated through a variety of different modem types. In order to reduce the vulnerability of these communications, circuits are routed via a number of control centres and ground terminals (both fixed and transportable).
