Abstract :
The power system state is more complex than before. It brings more data and information, which made traditional display not satisfied. To solve the problems of difficulty and low efficiency of information display in energy management system (EMS) , a new concept about display of power system state is presented in this paper - coupled multi-screen display. Its kernel is the coupled and associated relation among the screens. The son screens update with the command and occurring event of the father screen, which implements the monitoring and operating for one task by view of multi-screen. So information is effectively displayed. Realization of this technology is studied in theory and its application is described.
