Abstract :
The paper mainly describes the test system of AC contactor for electrical parameters, which is in the control of microcomputer. Under the control of the system software, the system could operate the AC contactor samples at the set frequency and measure the real-time electrical parameters of the contacts. The functions include automatic voltage adjusting, dynamic data acquisition based on FIFO, contact state monitoring, data saving automatically and so on. The further test and analysis is continuing.
