Abstract :
This paper presents an intelligent GIS solution. The aim of this project is the realization of an open platform of services for the identification of persons that are in difficulty, in any location, by using Trimble Lasser SK II GPS receivers and Zapp terminals needed to assure the wireless Internet connection, based on CDMA technology and TCP/IP protocol.
