  • Abstract
    Aimed at the problem of "Information Island" in electric power enterprise, a solution of a production information platform is proposed. This platform is customized for the electric power enterprise and it is great helpful for the management level. OPC technology is adopted to acquire real-time data from industrial control network, then the real-time data are introduced into management network. Enterprise applications are developed based on J2EE. On the platform, a series of Web-based services are provided. So sufficient sharing of production information is achieved. The platform is featured with good universality, high flexibility and strong extendibility. It has been applied in reality. The design and implementation of the platform are discussed in detail, especially the key technologies involved.
