Abstract :
A systematic approach to EMI control is essential during the development of a multi-disciplinary system like the ultrasonic `C´ scan. A case study is presented detailing various steps taken to solve various EMI problems. The methodology adopted included a survey and assessment of potential EMI emitters and susceptors as well as implementation of a location management power distribution scheme, grounding, shielding and time management
