Abstract :
Nowadays, demand for cables with better thermoplastic properties and flexibility increases. Silanes cross-linking polyolefins on ethylpropylene copolymers, often with increased resistance against fire, sound like suitable new insulation materials types. This paper describes cable properties of this insulation type after temperature stress exposure, stress caused by extreme moisture and changes evaluation of selected samples insulation properties.
