Abstract :
This paper presents a new hybrid spatio-temporal radio channel model, which can accurately estimate the channel parameters for the macrocellular environment in the urban area. Employing a hybrid approach, the newly developed radio channel model can not only effectively predict the output point-by-point by using the site-specific model, but also consider the random effect due to the environment by using the statistical model. The hybrid model may be linked to specific locations because of its deterministic nature or may be applied to a general situation because of its statistical nature
