Abstract :
A conformal Archimedian spiral antenna above a cylindrical PEC groundplane is efficiently modelled using a curved segment moment method incorporating closed form Green´s functions to describe the cylinder. Spiral antenna input impedances agree well with controls and computation times are significantly reduced.
