Abstract :
The characterization of mode propagation and modal characteristic impedances in multilayered and multiconductor transmission lines is of particular importance for the design of microwave and millimeter wave integrated circuits. In this paper, the efficient solution method for obtaining those characteristics is presented, using the coupled-mode theory based on the reciprocity theorem
