Abstract :
It is a critical challenge to the development of resources-based cities in many countries - How to resolve the problem of circulating situation for resources as developing-prosperous-exhausted-declined. In the case of mountain resource-based city Panzhihua, the paper puts forward two methods that the construction of digital SPI mode in Panzhihua and the construction of intelligence city to accelerate the city functional transformation in Panzhihua.
