Abstract :
In order to respond to sudden environmental pollution incidents and reduce their damage and loss, an emergency decision-making system need to be built. The air pollution emergency plan system based on WebGIS, which relies on the on-site monitoring data in real time, simulates the spread and distribution of the on-site pollutants to assist decision-makers to make an appropriate emergency plans. Among the system, the dynamic expression of meteorological thematic fields is the core content of the system simulation and the key technology supporting for the system, meanwhile, it has important significance in helping decision-makers make emergency decision plans. At first, this paper gives an overview of the dynamic emergence plan system for air pollution and introduces the data type and format of key field. On that basis, focusing on the meteorological field, concentration field and risk field, the paper explains the main technical means of realizing the dynamic expression. The results show that the means on three-dimensional meteorological thematic fields and dynamic expression can well simulate the real situation on site.
