Abstract
Chemical capacitor less converters can easy to maintenance and long life spans of converters are expected. Matrix converter converts AC power to AC power directly. Then power conversion stage can be reduced and high efficiency power conversion can be achieved. For the purpose of obtaining high quality output voltage, this paper proposes a matrix converter introducing delta-sigma modulation circuit. Comparing to conventional PWM circuit, it is proved that the proposed circuit can make low noise output voltage
