Abstract :
In this paper, we find that, after two rounds of land use planning and adjustment, the status of the 10 categories land use area and the land distribution pattern around Nanning City subway line one has changed significantly. And the spatial pattern of landscape heterogeneity index, such as landscape diversity, has been reduced, but concentration index and the dominance index have increased. Therefore, by Transit Oriented Development (TOD) theoretical model, we have a further deep analysis of the mechanism of land use pattern and adjustment along track and around the site. Also, with the combination of Shenzhen Metro´s “Subway business + property development” business model, we believe that the fundamental purpose and motivation of adjusting and planning land use along subways are to ensure the maximization of the economic interests of Metro Corporation and also to guarantee the “land finance” of the government.
