Abstract :
We present a magneto-transmission experimental set up covering the spectral region from 5 to 120 μm. Interchangeable quantum cascade lasers are used as excitation sources. The performance of the setup is illustrated via cyclotron resonance studies of InGaAs/GaAs QWs under magnetic fields up to 60T.
