Abstract :
Extraordinary optical behaviours can be observed due to the light interaction with subwavelength metallic structures, which shows prospective applications in many optics fields, like nano optical elements, lithography, radar, microscope imaging and biosensing etc. In this paper, we present our investigations on this subject with propagation modulation in metallic slits with variant width, light propagation in metallodielectric films stack beyond the diffraction limit and their applications.
