Abstract :
An idea for separating the geometric and electromagnetic characteristics of a medium with the rough surface of the Kirchhoff model is introduced. To check the accuracy of the theory, an experiment for separating the two kinds of characteristics under the Kirchhoff model is performed in the laboratory. The method to generate the Kirchhoff rough surface and the preliminary experiment results are presented
