            Abstract : 
This paper describes a microstrip GaAs mm-wave generator with electronic frequency tuning. Its output power is approximately 20 mW between the limits of 53 and 60 GHz. The frequency tuning band reaches 2 GHz for decreasing output power down to 10 mW.
