Abstract :
This work provides zonal diagrams of disymmetric quantum-dimensional heterostructures, waveguide amplification spectra, retuning curves and componental make-up of structures. Each one contains 17 layers in which the described methods of deriving disymmetric multi-layer quantum-dimensional structures with a wide flat amplification spectrum are implemented.
