Abstract :
The description of model of coupled-cavity BWO is given and the results of optimization of irregular BWO on a coupled-cavity are submitted. In a cm-band the generators on irregular BWO can have electronic efficiency 50%, hybrid circuits of a BWO-TWT, 68%.
