Abstract :
Higher integration and smaller layout size, two major trends in today´s industry, lead to more prominent parasitic electromagnetic coupling. In this paper, the authors present a fast and efficient method to compute such coupling effects in microwave integrated circuits. Examples of circuit simulation utilizing the proposed technique are demonstrated
