Abstract :
A model of multiple-valued molecular elements based on enzyme-substrate reactions is proposed as a basis for constructing an information-processing system. An important characteristic of enzymes is their specificity, which is used to provide a pass gate function. Both deterministic and stochastic information processing can be realized. Some applications based on the proposed model are demonstrated.<>
