Abstract
This paper presents an experimental investigation of scattered fields for dielectric resonant antenna (DRA) in the form of a dielectric parallelepiped having a high permittivity (ε=89). The resonant frequencies of different modes for the given dielectric resonator have been calculated. Analysis of scattered fields in the near zone and comparison of theoretical calculations to the experimental results allow us to find the required resonant mode.
