Abstract :
The principles of development of new generation of optical-electron measuring and diagnostic systems with higher accuracy possessing higher operational stability, smaller dimensional and cost performances are proposed. Two factors allowed the achievement of the indicated effect. The first factor is based on principles of the concept of elimination of a priori information, consisting in the maximum elimination of methodical errors stipulated by instability in optical and electron paths, radiation transferring medium, parameters of probing radiation sources. The second factor is the use of multiple wavelength injection lasers providing generation simultaneously on two or three optical wavelengths as a probing radiation source.
