  • Abstract
    A comparison, based on a study of how time is treated, of three development tools for a real-time expert system is presented. The tools are discussed, and some of their advantages and disadvantages are pinpointed. Since these tools are only a partial answer to the problem of real time within the expert system´s area, recommendations concerning the use of each tool are given
