Abstract
In the emergency rescue process after disaster arriving, ARGIS can provide accurate rescue data for rescuers and command center in time and make rescuers and command center work in collaboration. Consequently, it can raise emergency response´s speed and rescue efficiency. For getting emergency rescue spatial data on the disaster area quickly and improve rescue collaboration ability, this paper discusses about a solution of technical issues on interaction for ARGIS, presents interaction between terminal and terminal, terminal and server and server´s decision-making function and implement techniques. All of these can make commanders make rescue plan more quickly and make rescuers identify environment and cooperate easily. In this way, recue time is saved and recue efficiency is increased. The outdoor simulation experiment results indicate that the solution-making and techniques application are feasible and effective.
