The operational model and framework of Cyber School Learning Park

For a traditional school, there is a strong demand to build its own Cyber School (CS) to easily conduct Web courses. The Cyber School Learning Park (CSLP) is a shared Web-based instructional system with a good management system to facilitate a traditional school to build up and maintain its own CS. In this study, we propose the operational model of CSLP and some management issues that support teachers and administrators to work well in their own Cyber School built on CSLP. We then explore the roles and architecture on how to deploy and operate a Cyber School Learning Park (CSLP). Finally a real and workable CSLP has been developed (http://cu.nsysu.edu.tw). Five schools have been built on this CSLP and one of them has been up and running for three years
