Abstract
Under a complicated manufacturing process, a well-designed control system contributes to improve process quality, increase output yield and manage product quality. This study applied SPC, EPC, feedback control and adaptive control to construct a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) process control system. With the result of verification, the MIMO process control system proposed in this study was verified to be effectively satisfying the control requirements for a real manufacturing process.
