Abstract :
The quality factor of microstrip filters based on oppositely directed hairpin microstrip resonators with a step of strip width is considered. The sections with quantity of resonators from two up to six are investigated. It is shown that the quality factor of the filter is substantially determined by quantity of resonators used in its manufacturing.
