Abstract :
This paper presents a four layered resource search model that has a good feature in expansibility, autonomy, modularity and loose coupling. In terms of this model a bootstrap based on distributed hashing table (DHT) is added into P2P Grid and a Peer Service is implemented in every node. The semantic- based resource management architecture and RPC protocols are discussed. A scalable vertical search engine prototype is realized with data extraction functionality. This model could be used in P2P Grid systems and heterogeneous P2P systems as a reference for resource searching, sharing and collaboration.
