Abstract :
In this paper, the lumped element loaded method is investigated on the purpose of achieving miniaturized LTCC baluns. The even-odd mode method is employed to analyze the miniaturized LTCC balun structure and design curves are obtained. Based on the design curves, one design example in LTCC environment to demonstrate the analysis is presented. The proposed analysis process is validated by the simulated and measured results
