Abstract :
A band-pass OTA-C filter for Hearing Aids applications is designed, simulated, and tested, using BSIM3v3.2 models from the AMS process for 0.35μm CMOS C35 Technology. The filter operates in the transistor sub-threshold regime resulting in power consumption of 33nW and 1.695μW for frequency bands centered at 95Hz and 20 kHz respectively. It operates with ±1.5V supply rails and features an input linear range of ±900mV, with total harmonic distortion <; 5% and a dynamic range of 65dB.
