Abstract
In this paper, an efficient wireless power transmission system for capsule endoscopy is presented. The system includes a transmitter and a receiver with a power management circuit (PMC). A transmitter used as power provider consists of a driver circuit and class E amplifier. Alternating magnetic field transmits the power wirelessly between transmitting coil and receiving coil. The receiver is designed as power collector and its prime part is PMC. Experiment results shows that the system can deliver as high as 191mW DC energy to the load mimicking the physical condition in biomedical environment of the human body.
