  • Abstract
To solve a good many problems existing in traditional technical services model and improve quality and efficiency of technical service, shorten producing cycle of product, a new mode of technical service is presented, which is networked technical services oriented product lifecycle based on multi-agent technique, network technique and modern communications technique. Function and architecture of the networked technical services system are researched, uniform architecture of technical service agent is built up and quality evaluation of the networked technical services based on analytic hierarchy process is studied. Base on these works a prototype system of networked technical services is developed. Results of the system running prove correctness of theory and feasibility of technology.
