Abstract :
In this paper, based on Porterpsilas value chain model, a case study of two real estate companies in Hangzhou was conducted. By the comparison of the two cases, the value added process and some valuable and sustainable resources held by the two companies were identified and revealed. This paper concluded the basis of successfully adopting these resources and capabilities in order to create and/or sustain the competitive advantages in real estate companies.
