Intelligent service creation environment for IN

This paper proposes an intelligent agent-based intelligent networks service creation environment on the IN architecture and concept models, which is called intelligent service creation environment (ISCE), and mainly discusses the architecture and the service creation environment on the basis of intelligent agent technology. We describe how to construct the planes of IN on the intelligent agent and introduce the intelligent service creation environment on it. Since the ISCE benefits from intelligent agent properties such as autonomy and intelligence, it possesses many new characteristics, such as adaptability, distribution, autonomy, and self-verification. Finally, this paper deals with problems which remain to be studied in this topic
