Abstract :
We demonstrate 300 cm-1 wide spectra in the 800-1400 cm-1 range taken from single pixels of about 20 nm size. Technical issues of coupling a fiber-laser-powered coherent spectrometer with a standard near-field microscope will be discussed, together with results on the phonon-resonant response of numerous crystals. Quantitative amplitude and phase spectra will be compared with theory.
