Abstract :
Microwave dielectric dispersion in ferroelectrics covers the 1-100 GHz frequency range, so ferroelectric ceramic powder can be used as the main component of a composite with dielectric percolation. In addition, new results were obtained in solid ceramics-on-metal non-reflective coating realization. An appropriate compromise between ceramic layer thickness and the real and imaginary parts of dielectric constant was established theoretically and verified by experiments
