Abstract :
This paper addresses the dynamic output feedback guaranteed cost control problem of networked control systems (NCSs) with time-varying but bounded communication delays. A delay-dependent sufficient condition is derived for the existence of the dynamic output feedback guaranteed cost controllers, and the condition is formulated in terms of nonlinear matrix inequality. An iterative algorithm involving convex optimization is presented to design the desired controller with a suboptimal guaranteed cost. Numerical example is given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed results
