Abstract :
The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) has become a central tool used to administrate national and local governments effectively. The ICT is used to implementation scenarios for e-government projects. We introduce Bench Marking used internationally to measure the state of e-government in countries of the world, and provide a view of e-government delivery models. Those e-government projects are measured via evaluation metrics to assess the readiness, accomplishment of their organizations, to prove that e-government must be on governance and citizens and their needs not merely just on Information Technology (IT).
