  • Abstract
    A compact photonic transceiver module for continuous sub-terahertz waves has been developed. Good linearity of the output power and that of the detection sensitivity are confirmed, and a proper isolation between input and output signals in a circulator circuit of about 14 dB are achieved, demonstrating a transceiver function at around 270 GHz.
