Abstract :
A highly polarized Yb3+ -doped fiber laser using a 45deg tilted fiber Bragg grating (FBG) was demonstrated. This tilted FBG enables Yb3+-doped fiber laser generate high degree of polarization (>99.9%) CW laser output at 1068 nm.
