Abstract :
This paper describes the recognition of the measuring environments for the measuring suitable temperature distribution using the CARS (coherent anti-Stokes Raman spectroscopy) thermometer. The authors standardized the manual, set an air conditioning system and chose a laminar flow burner. The standard deviation for the value of the precision and the sample number was reduced to ±100 K and 500 cycle by these improvements. The accuracy of the CARS on the location of the highest temperature using a 0.5φPt-PtRh thermocouple is below 50 K. It is confirmed that the lean burning temperature distribution is very useful for de-NOxing using the CARS
