Abstract :
The paper describes an efficient face identification method using a probabilistic neural net. Our system is compared to the method presented at ICCST´99, based on the Karhunen-Loeve transform for feature extraction (reduction of dimensionality of the input image), and a feedforward multilayer perceptron neural net, implemented as a classifier device, that performed the identification process
