Abstract :
A fully integrated CMOS passive RFID transponder without EEPROM and control logic was designed and simulated. 1.5V of the operation voltage was generated by the charge pump and the average power required for operation was 62.9 μW at 910MHz. 0.41 × 0.64mm2 of die area was required for fabricating the suggested RFID chip.
