Abstract :
Conflict analysis is a powerful tool to model a conflict. Military decision is a dynamic decision process. The information perceived by the army commanders is uncertain and dynamic. The question of how to express and utilize uncertain information is a very important factor in decision making. In this paper, the use of conflict analysis to model the dynamic military decision process is first discussed, then a method of ranking feasible outcomes with uncertain information is proposed. Finally, an example is provided to illustrate this method
