Abstract :
According to the operating characteristics of the zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) pulse width modulation (PWM) full-bridge (FB) DC/DC converter, this paper deduces the model of the ZVS PWM FB DC/DC converter based on the equivalent switching circuit model. By using this model, the components´ parameters of the converter can be designed correctly according to the request of the dynamic response, and the performances of this kind of soft-switching converter can be improved further. The proposed modeling overcomes some problems of the state-space averaging method. The nonlinear phenomena of the converter can be analyzed. The magnitude-frequency and phase-frequency characteristics of the transfer function have been analyzed, and from the result of simulation, we know that the proposed modeling has many advantages such as clear physical meaning and simple calculation
