Abstract
We demonstrate an OTDM de-multiplexer with power amplification using optical parametric amplifier with a clock-modulated pump. 25-dB gain and less than 2-dB power penalty were obtained for de-multiplexed four 10-Gb/s tributaries from a 40-Gb/s data.
